Peter Kirsanow, US Commission on Civil Rights, discusses the end of American sovereignty.
Peter Kirsanow is a partner with the Benesch Attorneys at Law firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group and a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. He returned to Benesch in January 2008 after serving on the five-member, President-appointed National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Washington, D.C. for two years. He was recently reappointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives to his third consecutive six-year term on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Mr. Kirsanow focuses his legal practice on representing management in employment-related litigation, as well as in contract negotiations, NLRB proceedings, EEO matters, and arbitration. He continues to testify before and advise members of the U.S. Congress on immigration, civil rights, and employments laws. He holds a BA from Cornell University and a J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
