Though a year in a child’s life is supposed to be marked with such joys as Spring Break, Summer vacation, the excitement of beginning a new school year, and “trick or treating” at Halloween — among other rites of passage — a great number of children in the “virtual border state” of North Carolina recently spent those times being victimized by those who have no legal right to even be in this country.
You see, between May 1 and October 31, 2016, at least 330 child sexual assault charges were filed against illegal aliens in the Tarheel State.
The following list of reported perpetrators and their crimes was compiled by the citizens’ advocacy group known as NCFIRE:1

As noted in previous articles, there are a multitude of causes for this stomach-turning epidemic.
• Over the past several years, all of the major cities and many of the small towns in North Carolina have adopted so-called “sanctuary policies,” which shield illegal aliens from being reported to federal authorities, thereby ensuring they will not be deported.
• Obviously, the federal government has abandoned their responsibility to guard and defend our borders, thus allowing an untold number of criminals into this country.
• Perhaps most disturbing is the fact that throughout the majority of Mexico’s 32 states, the age of sexual consent is merely 12 years of age. In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 in the following Mexican states: Aquascalientes, Baja California Sur, Campeche, Chiapas, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacan, Morelos, Oaxaca, Puebla, Queretaro, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosi, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tabasco, and Tamaulipas.
The age of consent is 15 in Mexico State, 13 in Yucatan and Zacatecas. The age of consent is actually listed as “puberty” in Nayarit and 14 in the seven remaining Mexican states.
Unfortunately, the culture of having sex with young girls is carried with many Mexican men as they cross into this country (illegally).
It should be noted that on October 29, 2015, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory signed into law House Bill 318, known as the Protect North Carolina Workers Act, which bans cities and counties across the state from enacting so-called “sanctuary policies” to shield illegal aliens from deportation after being apprehended for other crimes.2 At the signing ceremony, Gov. McCrory said: “Today, North Carolina is standing up for the rule of law, which is central to North Carolina values and our country’s values. Public safety officials must have the flexibility and tools to investigate crimes and sanctuary city policies that deprive law enforcement of those tools.”
Unfortunately, there has been a great deal of resistance to the new law from local politicians who wish to keep the welcome mat out for illegal aliens in their cities.
A refusal to comply with federal immigration law has however been promised by the leadership of many cities, counties, and states across the country, since the nation elected Donald J. Trump.
Though President Trump will have the law on his side, we now have bloated bureaucracies at the federal, state, and local levels which have been operating for several decades as if this country has no borders, refusing to distinguish criminals who enter this nation illegally, from true immigrants who respect our laws and attempt to assimilate within our culture. Our new president, who largely ran on a ‘law and order’ platform, indeed has a Hurculean task before him.
