The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) bills itself as a civil rights organization and watch dog group that fights "hate" and teaches "tolerance."
But this explosive issue of The Social Contract magazine shows that the SPLC in reality is nothing more than a far-Left attack machine, promoting an open-borders, anti-American agenda by smearing its political enemies. It reveals that the SPLC praises convicted domestic terrorists like Bill Ayers, while attacking everyone from the Tea Party to the movie, Lord of the Rings, as "racist" and "extremist."
Among many shocking revelations the expose discloses that the secretive clique running this tax-exempt organization has amassed hundreds of millions of dollars that it invests in offshore bank accounts and high-risk hedge funds.
Unmasking the SPLC for its fascist-like effort to suppress the free speech rights of Americans is long overdue. This issue of The Social Contract should be required reading for political observers across the spectrum.
